You could have just used the ones I attached a few posts ago. Just click on them and save the image, which you can then print out.
The advantage of having a completely blank one, rather than one that you have to fill in online, is that you can print in advance without knowing the date of travel and departure station.

You can still change the date on the online one you'd just need to go to the link and re-input the data again.
Are any of those newspapers free or low price?
I will probably try and grab some vouchers around Leeds towards the S&C line on the 1st October
But that's only useful if you have access to a printer, which not everyone has.
Someone earlier mentioned going to the library to print off the forms. If you're doing that it would be better just to print some blanks so you always have one ready without having to plan in advance.
Sad but understandable to see BA going this way......
this offer has started today, it appears Virgin have a wish for BA's traffic

Yes. From the form:In regards to the Northern Day ranger, it states that up to 4 tickets may be bought with each form/2 tokens. Do all 4 tickets have to be used on the same day?
Application form said:Date of travel: (all tickets valid for same date)
Is it retrospective then ?
Huh? Which way are they going? Did you mean to quote a post from a few pages ago?Sad but understandable to see BA going this way.....this is the price we have had to pay for the expansion of Air Travel.
Personally I preferred it when there was an all-in price not the seat plus numerous extras.
The staff I'm sure will be relieved as the near 100% take up will reduce dramatically when people have to pay for it - if Flybe is anything to go by.

Anyone know if it's in the York Press? They have been previously, but it's not listed. Also if anyone knows which editions (and, if possible, which pages!) that would be very helpful indeedGot my token in this evenings Lancs evening post, although nothing on front page to inform anyone of this so I cheekily had a look before buying![]()
Now to see if I can download the form. Last time I looked it was just blank as mentioned by other poster
No , tried the link again https://www.northernrailway.co.uk/jpress and still get blanks. Im using Windows 10. I know Microsoft have done some recent upgrades which might be relevant ? Anyone help ?
"The Press" is listed among the Newsquest Papers - could that be the York Press?
The dates quoted don't make sense - "Thurs 29th September Fri 30th September - Sat 8th October
If you have the Virgin Red app installed on your smartphone, it's worth checking it regularly for special offers. It recently offered me 20% off Virgin East Coast and West coast advance tickets, and a free one day Wifi pass.
It doesn't necessarily give everyone the same offer though - other people got 30% off East Coast, some got nothing at all.
I've just checked it today and it's offering me 40% off East Coast advance tickets. It's their Flash Friday offer, which suggests it could be available to everyone.
I've attached a copy of the T&Cs
------
Also the Vigin Red app is offering 50% off selected London - Leeds services (Red Route)
From a radio advert it sounds like the SWT ticket promotion is back from the 14th October to 11th December
Although from what it sounds like it is £14.50 single tickets so not that good for some day trippers (but good for those who are staying overnight where the period return is greater than £29)

Excludes west of Yeovil Junction, I better make a note to avoid the 19:20 Waterloo - Exeter service again.
