I've travelled on a 375 between Charing Cross and London Bridge where the guard has worked from the rear carriage using the final set of passenger doors.
I've also noticed that some Southeastern guards on this stretch have sat down in a passenger seat for this final stretch of the journey.
The conductor doesn't dispatch in the London area on Southeastern services, everything is dispatched as if its a DOO service, between Charing Cross/Cannon Street and Sevenoaks (inclusive), or between Victoria/Blackfriars and Swanley/Otford.
