I will be appealing that latest penalty on the grounds that it's extremely marginal (in the Littlehampton timetable Brighton is not mentioned at all as a stop), and also because Ivo got it right anyway. If I get penalised for that, then technically Ivo's response was impossible.

There is a precedent for not "awarding" Penalties for extremely marginal instances. I had no idea this service existed and no doubt others did not either; if people had known about this service such a claim would have been made previously.
