Repaint countdown for FCC, FGW and ATW

North Wales Coast Railway forum notes that 158833 as number 6 in the refurbishment program. [15th July update].

Elsewhere, 158834 is noted as number 7.

I have been on a long vacation trip and am now back at the keyboard.

FGW - removed 142029/064 as have returned to Northern.

Added 12 x 150 coming from London Midland - some in operation, some may have been in repaint recently.

Two more ATW 158 sets have gone into refurbishment - both in current ATW livery: 158837 [out] & 158822 [in]. That is 9 units now processed.

The 9 in WAG ATW livery are:

158820-822/827/833-834/837-838/840.

9 remain in silver as noted on page 1 of this thread.

Given that the two 153s (153325 and 153333) that went to FGW are now staying, should they be added to the list?

150002 and 150209 are reported to be due to move to FGW yesterday (1/12/11) they should probably be added also.

150209 [toiletless cars] has been refreshed at Barton Hill and will be split to join 150121 & 150127 making them 3 car untis.

Refurbished class 150 Car 57209 now included into a reformed 150127 (52127, 57209, 57127), With 57212 Expected to be inserted into 150121 next week.

Im told that Ex london Midland Class 150101 has now entered refurbishment taking 57202, 57209 & 57212s place in LNWR Barton Hill, With Class 150121 Due to be taken out of traffic at the weekend for transfer and lengthening to 3 cars.

Nearly all Ex London Midland 150s in the FGW Fleet are now either refreshed and repainted into FGW Blue with 150102 seen out and about in traffic in Exeter - The final two 150s, 150202 has now been reunited and reformed back into two car formation and has entered the refresh stage along with 150216 by Chrysalis Rail at LNWR Bristol.

Dogbox twins 153325 & 153333 are due to undergo thier refresh/repaint by Railcare at Wolverton with a move expected shortly.

Not many lime green liveried 150s in Northerns fleet now either!

153325 Has now apparently moved up to Wolverton for overhaul & a refresh & repaint...

This now leaves 153333 as the only non FGW Liveried unit in the fleet now!

Yep, 150216 is technically the last Lime Green 150 Left in FGWs fleet, and even thats now over in LNWR undergoing the refresh...So with 153325 now gone, 153333 is the only unit in the FGW Fleet thats not yet blue!

As for the work being undertaken - this seems to be covering more than just a refresh - not sure which overhaull stage but its covering more than the LM Job - which was more of a relivery / change of carpets, interior wall carpet panels and change of seat covers...

Are 150104, 108, 122, 124 in FGW livery

Was down in fGW territory a week or so ago and 150122 & 124 were in traffic refurbished and 150108 was on Barton Hill repainted. 150104 was not seen. 150216 was seen on Friday 30th March still in Central colours.

153342 dosen't exist but I know which unit you mean from the post above Also from the front page two of those 319s are in advertising livery

Both threads were created when the new TOCs commenced in 2007. This thread covers the remnants of the previous TOCs which needed to be repainted and works as a count down thread so that only remaining units not in the TOC livery are displayed.

Northern has completed.
ScotRail is well covered on a separate forum.
FGW is about to disappear.
ATW is down to the last 7 units in Wales and Border livery.
and the thread will probably self-archive as it seems that FCC will leave the "leased-in" units from southern in SO livery as they operate in a joint corridor.

The other thread deals with new TOCs as they build up their fleets in their own livery:
Greater Anglia has taken precedence.
LM [except for 3 x 150] & XC are complete.
both NX operations are archived at the bottom of the summary list.
EM and EC are closing rapidly.

Thus as the thread has survived since December 2007, hardly any point in merging.

I assume these two are the LM 153s. Is it certaint that they are FGW's and not just being subleased like GA's 150280.
