That's called an Off-Peak Return. ;)

Seriously, you want to make the fares system more complex by adding yet another fare, with yet another array of conditions?

That sounds similar to the process of 'simplification', which has made things really, err, simple! <(

Well, Virgin do have an airline in their portfolio, and that was their first transport venture. I wouldn't mind an on-train weather update either! ;) Spanish trains tell you about the weather via screens, I am surprised this doesn't occur in the UK since talking about the weather is a national pastime....:lol:
