Christmas changes finally slipped out onto the Arriva website late last week/early this week, with apparently no "lookee here" hints on the website or social media: https://www.arrivabus.co.uk/seasonal-bus-times/christmas-and-new-year.
Most areas seem to be following the usual pattern, although notably Midlands is opting for a Saturday service in the week before Christmas, whilst most other divisions are operating a "Monday to Friday non-schoolday" timetable. This is an important distinction for "Southern Counties", as it means a variety of peak journeys remain (most of SC - Kent, Essex and Herts - now has ridiculous Saturday-in-School-Holiday timetables).
How each division has handled exceptions is rather unique - Newcastle and Northumberland, for example, puts them all at the bottom:

and the Liverpool City Region goes for vagueness... presumably this includes services that cross from Wirral to Liverpool:, rather than just those merely "in" Wirral.
Milton Keynes is still be announced, no early run in times published for Yorkshire. Christmas Day services on Essex 309 (hourly), 510 (8 return journeys), 724 (2 AM, 1 eve return journey), Herts 725 (2 hourly Watford to Heathrow, labelled as operating from Hemel), Kent 6X (Morning and evening only- NHS contract), Luton A (90 minutes), Z (90 minutes) and GreenLine757 (hourly). With the exception of the 6X, these are presumably all funded by or operated for Stansted and Heathrow Airports.
