Hello all,
Looking for few opinions on something that happened recently.
I'd recently applied for the trainee driver role at a TOC, I'm already internal as a Guard. Done the psychometric assessments and was invited to a line manager interview. Got that over and done with and some weeks later I was invited to an MMI, only for that invitation to be retracted minutes later owing to human error to then be informed I was unsuccessful and "the wrong button" had been pressed.
Do I have a right to feel aggrieved by this?
Your thoughts, please.
