Let's try this one then (note I will remember the terminus area this time!):

This route starts in Bristol and connects it with a large example of at least one of the following: Hospital; University; Shopping complex. It has seen massive growth in patronage over the last couple of years, in spite of increasing competition along much of its route. Its digits when added together total somewhere between 10 and 15 inclusive.

I noticed that, hence my 'at least 10' reference. I was to late with my 75 guess though.

It wasn't a major problem, bigger than 10 probably eliminated ~30-40% of routes. I was more concerned about the extreme number of hospitals in Bristol.

I start at a park & ride, stop only at the town centre, one hospital, and run direct to another one. My bus route is also used to transport NHS records in a lockable cupboard on the bus.
