Staff shortages are present today, so 323 services are subject for the remainder of today subject to late notice alteration or cancellation..
However it's clear the same diagrams for Monday to Friday are nearly the same for Saturday. Apart from
1. The Four Oaks to Soho ecs working, ie 5G70 2321 Four Oaks to Soho throughout Monday to Friday, after working in from Redditch, However on a Saturday works 2U70 2310 Four Oaks to Birmingham New Street. Before working 2348 5G73 Birmingham New Street to Soho Lmd.
2. Whilst the 2N68 2134 Lichfield Trent Valley to Longbridge, service.
Then forms 2U73 2313 Longbridge to Four Oaks before staying overnight at Four Oaks until around 16pm the following Sunday before working ecs to Soho. Note on a Saturday unlike Monday to Friday hence Longbridge it doesn't go to Bromsgrove on its final workings of the day before stabling at Four Oaks.
Unless a miracle happens. Highly unlikely any in passenger service will operate on a Sunday now.
Making Sunday 11th August 2024, the final day for booked Sunday 323 services in the West Midlands.

Oh I see. Northern have said some of the four car 331s will still make an appearance. Perhaps this is what they mean.

Sunday 18th August 2024, First Sunday since around, late 1994, of, when the 323s First entered service on the Crosscity line, sees no booked 323 in passenger service at all with all the diagrams being booked 730 for passenger service.
However 323216 323240 as of 1440 hours are in the bay platform at Four Oaks.
Highly likely at the time of posting this only the Four Oaks to Soho, and Soho to Four Oaks, ecs only diagrams remain: For Sundays, only,
1. 5G98 1603 Four Oaks to Soho
2. 5U99 1649 Soho to Four Oaks.
However don't forget and for the record Saturday 17th August 2024 at Soho was also very significant to record that between the hours of 2100 to around 2345, with 37884 taking 323221 to Tyseley Wheelathe.

I passed Soho today and saw no sign of it - it must be in the shed. A knowledgeable source told me it was waiting for parts to fix problems with the doors and pantograph, and may be out on Fri 23Aug.
