Many thanks for the information provided here which enabled me to ride a 323 up Lickey for what will probably be the last time ever (2P27 yesterday morning). In the short period since Bromsgrove has been wired, they have never failed to impress!
Further update Sunday 11th August 2024.
After working 2R31 1609 Lichfield Trent Valley to Redditch, 1715 hours at Birmingham New Street, 323216, 323240, was swapped over by 323222. Solo, however 323216 323240 worked ecs to Four Oaks, so obviously this is the answer to the two diagrams most likely Monday to Saturday. Sunday 11th August 2024, could well be the day of the final 323 workings for 323 on the Crosscity Sunday only.
However two diagrams could be Monday to Saturday.
1. Soho. Bromsgrove to Lichfield, stable Four Oaks.
2. Four Oaks to Redditch, end Soho
Both 6 cars, 3 cars now gone.

Yes, it went out Aston bound out of Birmingham New street, ecs, around 1750, and saw it On Traksy as headcode 5U99, and watched its move to Four Oaks, Mainly due to coming of 2P30 ,at Birmingham New Street at 1606 hours, on another service, and seeing 323215 323222 split, for a reason unknown at the time, and was curious myself on what would have been on the Soho to Four Oaks empties, but instead myself, stayed at, Birmingham New Street, to try and find out, as this, was a possible clue, for what the remaining two 323 diagrams. Could well be.
Especially as the empties was due around then. And also to observe and witness, any more further possible unit swaps, or changes of 323, back into service again from Soho depot.

2U10 07:01 Redditch-Four Oaks consisting of 323216 & 323240 (my diagram3) and
2O08 06:39 Lichfield TV-Bromsgrove consisting of 323222 & 323215 (my diagram4)
I also note 5J70 is running from Soho-Wolverton. If this is a 323 then it is either 323211 or 323221 (the green one). Can anyone confirm which one?

According to Part Time Spotter there are 25 730s out today, same as the last few weeks so assume either some short forms or one of the Euston 730 diagrams is 350 operated? There are 9 Cross City diagrams and four out of Euston, all double sets plus a single set out on Wolves-Walsall which should need 27 units.
A by-product of my 'Ready Reckoner' is the prediction of where the Soho 323's might pass one-another. So, if anyone wants to try a photo here goes. (Obviously no guarantees!).

RTT showed outward working, 15:16 from Four Oaks terminated at Barnt Green due to late running.

That one was a 730 I am afraid, I rode myself personally on the 1701 Redditch to Four Oaks which was 323216 leading and 323240, on the rear, and more or less throughout, whole of the journey it ran to time more or less, no issues, and on way back to Bromsgrove. After 30 minutes or so at Four Oaks. The other working the 1839 Lichfield Trent Valley to Bromsgrove, formed by 323222 leading and 323215, also more or less on time.
No issues at all today on the cross city 323s I am afraid.

Currently the majority of the 323s that have come north aren't required till (presumably) the December timetable change. They are in 'warm store' so are moved around periodically from say Allerton to Blackpool N CS, Wigan Springs Branch to Preston etc. I believe ROG are in involved
