Which suggests for Trentbarton, the Rushcliffe Mainline (9 vehicles?), the Rushcliffe Villager (2 vehicles), the Cotgrave (3 vehicles). The East Leake hub suggests that the 1 (Nottingham City Transport) may also be in line for new vehicles (either these are part of the existing allocation announced in recent months, or are yet more for NCT).
These specific routes (certainly the tb ones) would also, as far as I can tell, complete the electrification of routes through the centre of West Bridgford.

At least that explains why 145 doesn’t appear to be disappearing for repaint into cotgrave
The two could even be a contender but would seem odd given it only recently got the E200s

The arrival of the former Reading Enviro 400s has certainly brought some colour to Derby. Here we see Notts and Derby 1416 (SN11 BVS) on the depot in its White Knight livery variant. I guess it may go for repaint, in the months ahead. For some reason, on bus times, it seems to keep getting changed to a London bus. Reet odd

That had me wondering if it is the same My15 livery as it carried when it was new. Maybe the colour has changed.

I agree.. Even better Ayres red and ivory to celebrate 40 years of Wellglade. But I guess in the meantime, we have to make do with two red Streetlites for TM Travel (90/91).

There was what looked like a Streetlite, all red with a TM logo on the rear panel and [fleet] number 91 in the rear window, in Meadow Road depot, Derby yesterday…

TrenBarton have announced changes to services from 26th July. Details are on their web site. (link: https://www.trentbarton.co.uk/news-and-media/our-news/article/timetablechanges26July). Most notably, the Cotgrave and Skylink Express will no longer server Broadmarsh bus station. Also, the X38 timetable no longer lists Royal Derby Hospital as a timing point, though I assume it will still stop there. They will no longer wait at Victoria Street (just stop), sometimes for 15 to 30 minutes on a Sunday!
The Royal has never been a timing point on the Xpress38. The waits have just moved to Corporation Street which is where most of the driver changes occur.

It's listed in the timetable which is why I thought it was. It's been removed from the timetables from 26th July.
Its got a * next to it but for some reason it is never explained.
The daytime departures are also moved to be 05, 20, 35, 50 from Derby and 00, 15, 30, 45 from Burton. This puts them about 2 mins ahead of the Arriva X38 from Derby and 5 mins ahead from Burton.

I’m surprised there aren’t more issues with the indigo batch, I was behind 205 earlier and it sounded like a bag of spanners. I’ve always thought those 4cyl variants sound like they’re about ready to self destruct at any moment

172 on the rainbow one this morning also sounded like it wanted to blow up, apart from the screaming fans that seem to operate 24/7, there's also (I could be completely wrong about this) the fuel pump, which was way more audible than normal and when the buses engine was switched off, it was as loud as a chainsaw
