I'd think with Flixbus work being taken on, there is hardly room to swing a cat at Meadow Road.. I know staff have trouble parking. I wonder if Derby City Council will be using part of the Stores Road site, when they have to collect food waste (current site isn't big enough)

This is due to Careers Week at Loughborough University this week. While yes it's not ideal that and 11 dropped some runs yesterday, it could've been worse as at least the 12 covers the same route although in the opposite direction.
Last time I went past Meadow Road, my thought would have been "what is up with 496, 497 and 502?". At one point, they were all on the dead lane.

I believe work has been done on the site to minimise flooding risks since then.
I am still trying to recall, by which route, the floodwater got to West Meadows Industrial Estate when it flooded. Maybe the footpath down the side goes under, rather than over the railway line (which ought to be a barrier). Yes, indeed Notts and Derby do have their own team.
