I don't think any of that was in question - are the reasons suggested close to the mark for why it's currently unavailable though?

It's just as I suggested: the building work.

Some have bemoaned the fact that WiFi is yet to arrive at Tottenham Court Road and Bond Street, but Virgin Media tells The INQUIRER that this is due to "extensive work" being carried out at both these stations.
