I'll be travelling from Euston to Liverpool on Wednesday (Virgin Trains) and I have my Megabus voucher text message. I've read the website T&Cs and I can't see any particular problems, but I like to be prepared for most eventualities. So what can I expect when I turn up at the platform gate?
Do I simply hand my phone to the ticket checker to read the text message or do I read out the voucher code to him/her?
Is a paper copy of the voucher preferred? Does it have to be from the official email or can I simply write the voucher code down on a piece of paper?
Thanks.
