Monday - Saturdays:
Pembroke Dock, Milford Haven, Heart of Wales, Conwy Valley, Fishguard Harbour, Whitby, Far North, Kyle of Lochash, West Highland Line, Inverness - Aberdeen*, Newquay Line, Darlington - Bishop Auckland*, Settle & Carlisle, Morecambe - Leeds, Cardiff - Holyhead
(* with peak time extras)
(Probably not all of them, but they are the ones which are coming to my head at the moment)
A quick check on RTT reveals that you are indeed correct, my mistake.I was under the impression that it was just the Preston - Colne part which was 2 hourly on Sundays, with the Blackpool South - Preston part being hourly, at least in the summer months.
Weymouth line services are not two hourly - they are all over the place. Only two gaps are approx 2 hours.Weymouth to Bristol/Gloucester is also 2 hourly (well iirc there is a 1 hour gap in the evening but that precedes a 3 hour gap)

Which services on the network are two hourly, or less?
Just a bit of trivia.

Great Malvern/Worcester-Gloucester-Bristol and beyond is generally 2 hourly on weekdays.
Manchester Airport to Edinburgh
Manchester Airport to Glasgow
On a Sunday, quite a bit of West Yorkshire goes 2 hourly, including Leeds to Huddersfield via Dewsbury
