Up my neck of the woods:

Dingwall (already mentioned twice)
Muir of Ord
Beauly (just misses it, I think)
Invergordon
Golspie (I think)

Birmingham New Street has a road above it's platforms.
Birmingham Moor Street and Birmingham Snow Hill both have roads going underneath their platforms. If the through platforms at the Snow Hill end of Moor Street were a metre or so longer then that station would also have a road above the platforms too. In fact it's quite a common feature on that stretch of track, Small Heath, Tyseley and Acocks Green are all stations where the platforms end immediately (as within a metre or two) short of a road bridge. The stations were all built in the same style where the ticket office is high above platform level facing onto a passing road and you need to go downstairs towards the platform.

Conversely has anyone got a station to offer where the platform is on a bridge over a road, not just up on an embankment?
I cam only think of Charing Cross

Portsmouth and Southsea HL.
Winchester - or could that be a road tunnel? :-?
Reading (Southern)

Raynes Park has a road going under the end of the up platform (the platforms are staggered). .

There's another bridge under Raynes Park Platform 4, the down branch, which is the access to the industrial area inside the junction.

I suspect there's probably many hundreds of platforms crossing roads once they start being added to this thread at a typical rate...

No! the platforms don't actually go under the bridge. They do at the next station down the line, Cressington, which has already been mentioned.

Also Kirkby (though maybe that doesn't count as the tracks are end to end either side of the bridge, even though the platform is continuous underneath it.)

Harrow and Wealdstone ( All six Platforms I think )
Hatch End and Headstone lane the bridges are right at the end of the platforms ,so I don't know if that would count

I posted earlier that the up platform at Kingston has been extended over Richmond Road in order that it can take 10-car trains. I should have posted then (so I'll do it now) that at the other end of station the down and bay platforms had a new road built underneath them a few years back when Kingston's new road scheme was introduced. The platforms are staggered a little, so the up platform does not go over this road.

Alexandra Parade has it's namesake going over the southern end of both platforms.

I believe the Erskine Bridge just covers the end of the platforms at Kilpatrick.
The 'Glasgow-bound' ends of both platforms, yes.

Conversely has anyone got a station to offer where the platform is on a bridge over a road, not just up on an embankment?
I cam only think of Charing Cross

Dumbarton East & Dumbarton Central both go over roads at their respective 'Glasgow-bound' ends (Glasgow Rd & Townend Rd respectively).

Glasgow Central - over two different roads (Argyle Street and Midland Street).

In fact, it might be three. I'm not sure if the southernmost extremities of some of the platforms also extend onto the bridge over Broomielaw.

Edinburgh has 2 roads passing over it, how many other stations can claim that

Waverley is also within a few feet of having two roads over it and one road under. But the far end of platform platform 7 doesn't quite reach the New Street bridge.

Manchester Piccadilly. Travis St. runs under 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14.

Pic, O-Road and Deansgate all have roads underneath them.

Victoria very nearly has both, but just off the platform ends at both sides.

Anyone mentioned Durham yet?
The footpath by the road that goes underneath is also the only way to get between the two platforms (apart from taking a very lengthy walkabout that is)
