not heard back and seeing as many on here have been successful I've given up said **** it and try again. aint giving up that's for sure!
Hi guys,
I got a nice little envelope through the post this weekend and will be attending on the 30th
Only downside is I finish work at 9.20pm the night before and have to drive up from sunny Southend on sea but I really want this job !!!
Anyone have any info on the nearest depot to me ?
Good luck guys
Got an invite to assessment too.
About the additional test paperwork they sent, does anybody who knows the internals who did the assessment know if they got asked these things or was it just the other booklet.
Also does anyone know if the structured interview is also on the initial stage assessment day or is this the same as the 'criterion based' interview they mention in the letter and will take place at another time in september.
Good luck to all applying.
Ok, so from the above it seems the CBI won't be on the first session, but does that mean the structure interview will be ?
Well done! I would brush up on interview skills, the majority of the internals failed this part,it was quite hard,HR and a trained psychologist asking the most ridiculous questions, but at least your getting there. And if most of the other candidates bomb out at the other tests then your laughing matey!
Could someone explain what TRP 1&2 is please.
Well I've been watching the post like a hawk, these past few weeks. Nothing yet. Starting to think its nothings going to come. Well good luck to all who have received letters. Hope it all goes well! I'll just have to keep trying.

After a few years of stagnation and job losses it seems the FOC's have realised more drivers are needed (something they were told 5 years ago but took no notice of...).
£18K whilst training isn't exactly industry-leading but it's a foot in the door and £46K basic once passed out isn't too shabby.
Fill ya boots.
how do i get a ffot in the door to train as a driver
Does anyone know exactly what tests we will be asked to sit on the upcoming assessment day?
The assessment pack welcome note just says the first part of the selection will involve a pre-screen and will be approx 2 hours.
The short answer is I really have not got a clue.
Anything that does not involve a one to one session or even a computer terminal due to the numbers involved.
If they are going to be avoiding use of computer terminals, how would the do the reaction tests ?
So can we safely say the CBI's won't be until the stage after this ?
