London allowance is plus £2.4ishKHi there
Is that 54 plus London weighting or all in?
They are well aware that the salary is low. In the interview they asked me if I know what the salary is and that they know a lot of people are leaving them and are aware that it's to go to other TOCs for the higher pay, so they introduced £6k fees if you do leave. They was looking for 6 trainees to start at the metro depot within 1.5 months.Blimey, our trainees get 42K after their 1st performance review which is roughly 3 months into the classroom course. No wonder morale is so low

I know. Majority of others also charge fees (albeit not as much)The fees haven't been "introduced". The fees have been there for years.
