Me too 22nd of January by any chance ?Well here's a thing... just 20 minutes after getting a 'vacancy no longer exists email' from TPE, I've received an assessment day invite from DB Cargo for the trainee driver role!

Yep that's the one. I need to contact them as I've passed the assessments for a TOC , and obviously I don't want to sit them again if I don't need to!
I know what I’m going to be doing between now and the 22nd .. practice practice and more practice
Yeah that’s makes sense there’s no point burning yourself out I suppose I’ll take things easy but just make sure it’s consistentWell there's only so much practising you can do with most of the tests tbh, but the one I would spend a bit of time on is the Group Bourdon and even then don't overdo it!
For my assessment centre I had a weeks notice, but strangely I think it worked for me as it meant I had less time to stress!
Yep in talent pool awaiting interviewAnyone else get an email for talent pool till interviews are scheduled?

Westbury and traineeWhat depot you down for? Also Junior or Trainee role?
Westbury and trainee
Hi everyone. I am trying to get an idea of the breakdown of the driver training. Does anyone know?
ie, how long is the initial classroom part?
When we start the practical part is thst at the training centre or our own depot location?
Basically how long are we at the training centre before we are released to our home depot?
Looks like it I completed the psychometric testing with another tocAre you waiting for a DMI?
Just got this email too. I applied for JD though? I’m going to take that as they will use all my previous assessment passes as there’s no mention of psychometric assessments?Anyone else get an email for talent pool till interviews are scheduled?

Good luck to you!
Oh no good luck, passed it once should be fine againJust been advised that I will need to re-do all the tests as I haven't yet had an MMI (still waiting for one with SWR).
What a pain!
Sorry but is the CDM another name for MMI?

No mate, a CDM is the contract delivery manager.
So is it like the DMI?
Surely that's wrong, if you've passed all your psychometrics and they are within date?
Apparently not.. its slightly frustrating to say the least. If I had the MMI tomorrow and passed it, I assume I'd be OK?
Essentially mate yeah, it's the same as having a DMI.
I think you should protest that, if you have all the psychometrics to the company's standard all you need to sit is the MMI then DMI
Mmi is part of the tests until that's done you haven't passed them fail an mmi and it counts as strike 1
Apparently it's their policy for retests, but I'm struggling to make sense of it tbh.
My main fear is that if I'm having an off day and fail any of the tests that it will affect the other applications I have in (SWR and Southeastern)
I applied for Eastleigh. How was your interview?Where have you applied for @Stigy ? I applied as a JD too using my assessments from FL and had an interview with the CDM on Monday just gone.
