Hoping someone can help me....about TPWS when rescuing a failed train......
So, if you rescue a failed from the rear the rule book says we have to isolate the TPWS before the movement commences. So does that mean, we isolate and then connect to the failed train at the rear or do we connect to the failed train from the rear and once connected we then isolate the TPWS??
