A Sunday night run out to East Anglia beckons us, so we board the 2115 FCC service to Kings Lynn that arrives at 2250 on Sunday night.

We decide to visit another eastern regional area next, but more to the south this time, so we board the 0900 NXEA service to Ipswich that arrives at 1007 on Monday morning.

Ipswich is....interesting genuinely. So we have brunch, and then board National Express East Anglia's 2W16, the 1319 to Cambridge, arriving there at 1439 on Monday afternoon.

We join the 1500 Crosscountry service bound for Birmingham, which we alight at Coleshill Parkway at 17:25

We then use a different mode of transport and board the 1754 National Express West Midlands route 90 to Ward End (Fox & Goose), arriving there at 1818 on Monday evening.

We take the 18:31 NXWM route 11A (Birmingham Outer Circle Counterclockwise), to Acocks Green, Westley road, arriving 20:37

We then walk around to Shirley Road and board the 2047 National Express West Midlands route 37 to Birmingham (Corporation Street), arriving there at 2112 on Monday evening.

After these bus rides, we feel like a train ride again, so walk to New St for the 2136 LM service to Crewe, arriving 2230 Monday evening.

We then board Virgin Trains' 1F28, the 2248 service to Liverpool Lime Street, arriving there at 2323 on Monday evening.

After a night in a Liverpool hotel, we return to Lime St for the 0615 TPE to Scarborough, arriving 0930 on Tuesday morning [always remembering to travel in the front 3 cars]

Ahaa! It's very intense this game, lots of thought and planning required hehe!

Scarborough is a proper British seaside resort, with amusements, a beach, fish and chips, maybe a pier I can't remember, but it's perfect. So we then call it day, and head back to the station and board First TransPennine's 1F73, the 1848 service to Leeds, arriving there at 2004 on Tuesday evening.

Unfortunately, I am unable to find another bus service onwards, so we stay nearby and the next day we take the 0648 Stagecoach Manchester route 84 to Trafford Bar, arriving there at 0709 on Wednesday morning.
