We then decide to try out Southeastern's HS1 service, so we board 1F07 which is the 0550 to London St Pancras International, which arrives there at 0636 on Tuesday morning.
This gives us just enough time to go the bus stop opposite the station, to get the last bus of the night on D A C Coaches route 79, leaving at 1917, and getting into Tavistock Bus Station at 1935 on Tuesday evening
Marple (Bridge)
damn, I got a bit scrambled up there
I was talking about Marple as in Greater Manchester (we tend to refer to that station as 'the Bridge' to differentiate from Rose Hill. I got confused and thought we were at SHeffield![]()
no we're at Leeds having just arrived off an Ilkley service at 1909.We board the 0009 Stagecoach Manchester route 43, getting off at St Lukes at 00:40 Thursday.....I like my local area![]()
Do I take it that the St Lukes you refer to is the one in Benchill ?
If so, you need a batallion of the SAS to guard you at that time of the morning.
