Sorry, I mistyped the times by 2 hours. The previous move did however leave us at Aylesbury so I can still do the same journey and the game can RESUME by boarding the 2132 Chiltern Railways service to Amersham arriving at 2153 on Monday.

We have time to buy a hot coffee before boarding the 22:16 LU Metropolitan Line service to London Liverpool Street arriving there at 23:26 Monday Evening

We enter the mainline station and take the 2345 GA departure to Southend Airport, arriving at 0040 Tuesday morning

We next take a short early morning rail journey onwards as we board the 0112 GA service to Prittlewell that arrives there at 0114 on Tuesday morning.

I know that the last train of the day can be a slow train, but to leave Prittlewell at 0150 on Tuesday morning and to take 24 hours 8 minutes to reach Southend Victoria on 0158 on Wednesday morning must have caused some operational difficulties all day Tuesday on that line..hock:

We make our way to the DLR platforms and continue on board the 07:32 DLR service to Woolwich Arsenal arriving 07:45 on Tuesday

After accessing the National Rail platforms, we then board the 0809 Southeastern service to Strood that arrives there at 0848 on Tuesday morning.

We take the opportunity to sample a ride on a Javelin unit. Sadly though the journey we take is not over the Hi-speed track.

We board the 08:58 Southeastern Trains service to Faversham arriving at 09:33 on Tuesday morning.

Continuing onwards to the coastal region, we next board the 0943 Southeastern service to Dumpton Park that arrives at 1023 on Tuesday morning.

There really isn't much to see or do here so we decide to wait on the platform for the next train to Ramsgate which is the 1123 Southeastern services arriving there at 1126 on Tuesday.

We change our mode of travel and walking to the bus stop outside the railway station, we next board the 1152 Stagecoach in East Kent service 38 to Broadstairs (Queen's Road) that arrives there at 1213 on Tuesday afternoon.

We cross the road and catch the Stagecoach in East Kent 38 in the other direction at 1247. It takes us to Birchington on Sea, outside the station, arriving at 1328 Tuesday afternoon

We enter the railway station and board the 1335 Southeastern service to Ramsgate that arrives there at 1351 on Tuesday afternoon.

We continue on the 1405 Southeastern service and travel to Ashford International, arriving at 1441 Tuesday afternoon

Changing TOC, we next board the 1533 SN service to Lewes that arrives there at 1707 on Tuesday evening.

Continuing our South Coast travelogue, we next board the 1758 SN service to Brighton that arrives there at 1814 on Tuesday evening.

Starting to head north again, we take the 1834 FCC departure to Bedford, where it arrives at 2049 Tuesday evening

The 7 minute connection time at Bedford means we cannot use the intended train which leaves in 6 minutes, so we decide to board the 2107 EMT service to Market Harborough that arrives there at 2136 on Tuesday evening.

We soon return south on the next available departure, the 21:47 EMT service to Luton Airport Parkway arriving at 22:37 on Tuesday evening

We next board the 2248 EMT service to Sheffield that arrives at 0113 on Wednesday morning.

We catch the National Express 465 service from Sheffield Interchange at 0135 and travel to Golders Green Bus station, arriving at 0550 Wednesday morning.
