Due to the way in which bus services operate within the city centre we find ourselves facing a 9 minute walk to Parkside, where there is a departure in the early hours heading south. However we don't have a pre-booked ticket for this coach so we resign ourselves to waiting in the city.

With the onset of dawn we make our way across to Emmanuel Street and board the 06:20 Stagecoach in Cambridge Citi1 service to Fulbourn, nr Teversham Road (on Hinton Road) arriving 06:59 on Thursday morning

Hold! Does this constitute a walk, We disembarked the previous service at St Andrews Street, and according to this, we boarded the next service at Emmanuel Street.

You may walk in order to change modes but you may not walk between stops of the same mode although you may walk to a different bus stop at the same location for example by crossing the road in order to travel in a different direction.

Under the rules, agreement with the original poster must be reached before a RESUME socan be declared in order to give them an opportunity to submit a new move so at this time we are still HOLDING I've also had a look at a map and it seems there are quite a few bus stops on St Andrews Street in Cambridge, some distance apart. Could you confirm which one you alighted at?

As the arrival stop was unclear, and as i mentioned in my posting regarding the way bus services operate around Cambridge it can be difficult not to need a walk between stops. The control desk at Arriva Midlands would be MOST worried if that 1335 service did not arrive at Two Gates at the scheduled time of 1413 and the driver would be asked to explain what he was doing in the extra two hours that he had taken...hock:
