After a break for lunch, the urge to get outta this place is overwhelming, so we catch the 1320 XC service to Newton Abbot, arriving at 1605, Friday afternoon.

We walk from the railway station to the bus stop on Sherborne Road where we board the 1650 Stagecoach Devon service 88 to Buckfastleigh (Woodholme Car Park) that arrives there at 1724 on Friday afternoon.

Time to fall under the spell of the lure of the omnibus, so leaving the railway station, we walk to the bus stop on Springfield Road and board the 0916 Stagecoach in Lancashire service 42 to Cabus (Station Lane) that arrives there at 1011 on Saturday morning.

Continuing northwards in mind, just time for a hot drink before we board the 1210 Stagecoach in Cumbria service 555 to Brigham (Nether Place) that arrives there at 1455 on Saturday afternoon.
