We invoke the overnight dispensation and depart on GWR's 2K64 at 0508, alighting at Hungerford at 0549 on Saturday.

That discussion on minimum connection times has enlightened me - I've akways applied 5 minute minimum, even where the actual minimum is less than that. You learn something every day!

Oh bugger that, that's why they have them in place! If we just applied 5 minutes as default to everything it'd defeat the object of having them!

Not much in the way of road transport here this early in the morning, so instead we stick with the rails and board the 0613 Great Western Railway service 2K25 to Reading West, arriving there at 0652 on Saturday morning.

It is too far to walk from here to the Lower or Higher Ferries. Our only option is therefore to head to the Cemetery bus stop (7 min / 0.4 mile). There, as the 120 has also finished for the day, we must board Stagecoach South West service 18 again at 1902.
To avoid having then having to get a further 18 on Sunday, the only place we can head to is a return visit to Brixham, Town Square (stop A) where we alight at 1919 on Saturday.

Absolutely sweet bugger all in other connections here at this time of night, so the only possible move we can do is the 2323 Stagecoach South West service 357 back to Exmouth Parade, arriving there at 2340 on Saturday evening.
