Cheltenham is one of those places where regional and local services are at different ends of the town. Regional services (i.e. Gloucester/Swindon/Stroud) depart from the Promenade; local services depart from the High Street. All are within comfortable walking distance however.Just noticing that from what recent postings say, you have quite a long walk every time you disembark in the Cheltenham area, not like in other towns where there are easy bus connections.
Pleased to announce that no walk to an alternative bus stop is required here, as we board the 1336 Stagecoach West Gold service 94 to University of Gloucestershire (Oxstalls Campus), arriving there at 1400 on Saturday afternoon. We take the ten minute walk to Bourneside School and take the 13.07 Swanbrook Coaches service K alighting at Benhall, Granley Road at 13.24 on Saturday.
We exit the Transport Hub and board the 0832 Stagecoach West service 9 to White City (Shops), arriving there at 0913 on Monday morning. That appears to have left us stranded for the weekend with no choice but to return on Monday for the 07.12 Stagecoach West service 65 to Gloucester Transport Hub arriving at 08.10 on Monday
Departure time is 13.39We next board the 1325 Cheltenham Community Transport service 278 to Malmesbury (Cross Hayes), arriving there at 1355 on Monday afternoon.
