Walking round the corner to Oakdale Community Centre, we then catch the morebus service 4 at 0808 to Wimborne Minster (the Square), arriving there at 0850 on Wednesday morning. Whilst there, we walk to view the Minster church, and take a look at the rare chained library, and see the ongoing work to restore and rebuild the pipe organ.

As this appears to be leading us to a dead end with no other services nearby we back track on the 12.08 First WoE service 1 alighting at Knightstone, Upper Church Road at 12.20 on Thursday.

Indeed so, it was with the previous posting being run by service 21 operated by First Buses of Somerset that led me astray....

Howsoever, I did think that giving my posting an arrival point of Weston-super-Mare (Interchange) that this would lead to a succession of onward journeys and not one that was said to be leading to a dead end causing a back-track...
...Still, what is good for the goose is also good for the gander, so I will take this as a precedent to do the same on postings in future.

Not quite understanding what the message is here, but never mind.

The only option left at this time of day is to take the 19.17 Stagecoach West service 60 to Charfield, Railway Tavern arriving at 19.25 on Thursday and that appears to be it for the day.

As there are no onward buses after the ridiculously early time of 1925, we have no option to seek solace in the Railway Tavern where we are told there is an early bus on the following morning and we next board the 0550 Stagecoach West service 60 to Dursley (May Lane Bus Station) that arrives there at 0621 on Friday morning.
