Just a quick note from me. I must have read the timetable for the 33/34 wrong. I was looking at Google Maps for the route, but it was telling me that the 33 is only running in the evening from Cleasby Road, when that isn't the case (even though First Leeds amended timetable also confirms this - apparently it doesn't serve Cleasby Road but does serve Menston station, even though they're right next to each other!), so on my last move I didn't even think to check the 33, hence why we waited 1 hour and 5 minutes for the next 34. There probably is a 33 half an hour later, which would have been perfectly valid, but I don't want to amend both mine and your timings Andy so are we happy as a group to ignore that slight slip up from me and carry on as we are? Half an hour extra won't make much of a difference will it? Apologies for any confusion!

If we're happy to continue, we take the five minute walk to stop P4 on Park Row and there board the 1300 First Leeds service 42 to Old Farnley (Butterbowl Drive/Butterbowl Grove), arriving there at 1318 on Saturday afternoon.

There's a 5 at 1957 which gets to Leeds station for 2005, and then applying the minimum connection time of ten minutes there's a train at 2018 which gets to York at 2052, substantially earlier than the Coastliner.

Think that's the best option really as it's not acceptable to wait for 1 hour and 46 minutes at a bus stop that has ten other services serving it, all to a various range of destinations. The second paragraph of Post 2 confirms this.

That appears to be it for the rest of the day, so in the morning we return for the 0548 Arriva Yorkshire Sapphire service 110 to Hunslet (Stafford Street)*, arriving there at 0634 on Sunday morning.

* I'm aware that this is back in the Leeds direction; however, other than returning immediately back to Wakefield or to Leeds itself, all of the other settlements along the route, such as Lofthouse, Robin Hood and Outwood, are served solely by the 110, and so I thought it would be better to head somewhere where other connections are available. Plenty of Arriva Yorkshire routes are available from here

Seems odd that AY appear to be running the exact same timetables on Sundays as the rest of the week. As it is described as an 'enhanced Sunday service' this must mean that Sunday is currently seeing a better service level than normal.
