We don't have long to wait for the 21:04 Metroline service 390 to Victoria (Buckingham Palace Road/Bressenden Place) where we arrive at 21;20 on Thursday evening.
Was about to enter Victoria station and catch a Southern service but I feel this game ends up in the south quite a lot, so instead we enter the coach station and board the 2230 National Express service 403 to Bath (Balustrade), arriving there at 0110 in the early hours of Friday morning.
We take advantage of the overnight travel relaxation rule and wait until it is time to board the 0605 First Bristol service 3 to Foxhill (Kewstoke Road on Queens Drive) that arrives there at 0631 on Friday morning.
We don't have too long to wait for the 01:40 National Express service 404 to Grampound (Dolphin Inn) where we arrive at 07:20 on Friday morning.

Well, not a lot happens in Marr in transport terms - although it's very close to the Doncaster Bypass. So all we can do is board the 20:05 Stagecoach Yorkshire service X19 to Goldthorpe (High Street) where we arrive at 20:12 on Friday evening.
From Goldthorpe High Street we walk the 0.3 miles to the station, where we board the 20:29 Northern service 2N30 to Swinton (S. Yorks), arriving at 20:36Friday evening.

We take an overnight break and in the morning catch the 05:58 Stagecoach Yorkshire service 208 to Grimethorpe (Interchange) where we arrive at 06:48 on Saturday morning.
Assuming that arrival time was in fact 0648, we next board the 0739 Stagecoach Yorkshire service 28 to Pontefract (Bus Station), arriving there at 0825 on Saturday morning.
* I expect many timetables will show alterations because of the COVID-19 outbreak. For avoidance of doubt, I think it probably be best if we just follow the standard timetable, and not the amended ones.
We grab a cup of coffee and a bacon butty whilst waiting for the 09:01 Ross Travel service 144 to Castleford (Bus Station) where we arrive at 09:55 on Saturday morning.
(Sorry about the arrival time on post 25491 - I spotted and corrected the typo in less than 2 mins but @ValleyLines142 was evidently too quick for me!)

We walk the 700 yards to the railway station and wait for the 16:52 Northern service to York where we arrive at 18:02 on Saturday evening, hoping there will be time for a pint at The Maltings.
Leaving the railway station, we carefully negotiate our way past the taxi road outside the station to the adjacent bus stances and there board the 1811 First York service 1 to Wiggington (Black Horse PH) that arrives there at 1841 on Saturday evening.
