Where in Cardiff Bay? The area is huge.

Well the timetable says Red Dragon Centre. Where that is I've no idea and don't feel inclined to find out

Having roused from lethargy, we make our way to Cardiff Bay station for the 2042 ATW shuttle to Cardiff Queen Street arriving at 2046 Monday evening

We continue on the 7:20 Thameslink to Mitcham Junction, where we're arriving at 7:56 on the Wednesday morning.

But we can still go 'towards' Mitcham Junction by using the 8:03 Tramlink service, which arrives at Croydon Church Street at 08:28 on the Wednesday morning

We walk to Romford station (taking about 10 minutes), where we just miss a Shenfield Metro train going East, so we await the next train which pulls in at 14:46. The (now) TfL rail service 2W04 takes us all the way to Shenfield, where we arrive at 15:03 on Wednesday afternoon.
