They are obscure if you are not over familiar with the area and reliant on the not particularly user friendly local web sites - once you have worked out where you are, which one to use, and where you can get to those more expert (or maybe with better IT and/or local knowledge ) are several moves down the road.

That is true in slightly more isloated areas but with Manchester it's such a big city so it's easy to work out and there are plenty of resources to help plan a journey

You are indeed, and you've used a real timed service, however I'm presuming before this was Victoria Street in Fleetwood. If so, it'd be handy if you stated where exactly you're travelling to, as just the street name can be quite tricky to work out, which you have now done with Fleetwood Ferry.

We are indeed fortunate to arrive in time to use a bus route to a settlement not only with a small attractive beach, but of much historical interest, so we board the 1510 First in Devon and Cornwall service 1A to Porthcurno (Car Park) that arrives there at 1616 on Tuesday afternoon
