The 4 minute walk to the bus stop on Kingsway is just time to enough to allow us to board the 1835 Stagecoach in South Wales service X15 to Nantglo (Garn Cross) that arrives there at 1946 on Monday evening.

That's definitely more than four minutes away. Newport is just down the road from me. I would say it's at least a ten minute walk, especially now the bus station has been demolished and one is required to walk along the A4042.

Edit: Google Maps confirms from Market Square Bus Station to the bus stop at the Kingsway is a nine minute walk.

Blame this "dodgy" information as coming from Traveline Cymru's general "help<(<(" information, as personally speaking and never have been in this location, I do tend to rely on being told "the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth" by such "information" help sites

I have deleted my posting and we are still at..... Newport (Market Square) at 1830 on Monday evening.

Traveline Cymru isn't the best of sources!

If it's any help, Newport railway station is 0.4 miles away :)

We've recently had a couple of queries regarding moves played on the 25th/26th December — you seem to have understood it fully but to clarify, this game doesn't follow dates for services, only the days of the week, so continue to play as you would at any other time.

Merry Christmas to all.

He we find ourselves in the land of infrequent bus services, so we decide we might accept the long wait as this will give us a bus service that will take us a good distance away, so eventually, we board the 1626 Select Bus Services service 877 to Stafford (Gaol Square) that arrives there at 1725 on Wednesday afternoon.

Can I just say, not that it at all matters, that the 76 bus runs every hour through this location, so not too infreqent!

We next board the 1747 First in Staffordshire and South Cheshire (part of First Potteries operations) service 101 to Newcastle-under-Lyne (Bus Station), arriving there at 1851 on Wednesday evening.

For some bizarre reason, there are no more buses out of the hospital at this time, so we have no option but to steal a bed from a patient and call it a night, before we board the 0656 First in Staffordshire and South Cheshire service 3 to Crewe (Railway Station), arriving there at 0718 on Thursday morning.
