Ahhh that's the 2100 Cardiff to Westbury, which isn't running at the moment due to the Severn Tunnel closure. It's back open tomorrow (or maybe Monday now). It's currently the 2220 from Bristol Parkway, which departs Keynsham at 2246 and gets to Trowbridge for 2311.

Not particularly, as the Severn Tunnel closure is pretty significant and I was under the impression that with engineering works lasting a longer period of time, we take this into account when playing. Happy to stand corrected, however.

There is no such ruling that applies to this particular quiz, but if you look at the full content of Rule 1 on "The next station is" quiz, what you say is indeed contained in there.
