How did we get from Sunday to Tuesday in one journey?!?

We crossed the Prime Meridian, the new International Date Line

Anyway, we surface into a warm, sunny Heathrow. However, there are no flight running today, so we board the 1000 RailAir X25 coach to Reading RailAir. It's then a four minute walk to Reading's railway station.

We arrive at 1057 on Sunday morning.

We then board 1M38, the 1111 CrossCountry service to Macclesfield, arriving there at 1413 on Sunday afternoon.

We backtrack to Leamington Spa on the 1449 XC service where we arrive at 1637 on Sunday afternoon

We then catch the 1651 Chiltern Railways departure to Stratford-upon-Avon where we arrive at 1725 on Sunday evening.

We make our way to Wood Street and take Johnsons X20 service at 1745, travelling to Hall Green station, arriving at 1834 Sunday evening

We then board the 1905 London Midland service to Stourbridge Junction, arriving 1947 on Sunday evening.

We next board the 2156 LM service to Hereford that arrives there at 2227 on Sunday evening.

After spending the night on the platform in our sleeping bag, we head (back) to London on the 0706 First Great Western service, arriving into London Paddington at 0947 on Monday morning.

We take the 1136 Chiltern parliamentary service to South Ruislip, arriving at 1201 Monday lunch time

We then board 2W34, the 1242 Chiltern Railways service to High Wycombe, arriving there at 1305 on Monday afternoon.

We take the 1136 Chiltern parliamentary service to South Ruislip, arriving at 1201 Monday lunch time

Which I did on Thursday.

(BR times says a one minute connection time)

Wishing a return to the capital city, we then board the 1605 Chiltern service to London Marylebone that arrives at 1742 on Monday afternoon.

We enjoy a ride on a loco-hauled service* now as we board 1K62, the 1815 Chiltern Railways service to Kidderminster, arriving there at 2043 on Monday evening.

* not sure if it still is a loco-hauled service, but it was when I had this between Moor Street and Kiddy back in December!

Another long wait but a few minutes inside the rules sees us on the 2236 LM departure to Great Malvern, where we arrive at 2321 Monday evening

A few minutes later we board the 2327 London Midland service to Worcester Foregate Street, arriving 2339 on Monday evening.

After a nice refreshing sleep, we are awoken by the growl of a Class 166 Networker. It is the 0531 FGW service to Paddington. We decide to ride it all the way back into London, where it arrives at 0806 on Tuesday morning.
However, on the way, we are informed by the train guard that the Circle and H+C lines are closed between Baker Street and Latimer Road due to a bridge collapse.

We then take the 0818 First Great Western service to Theale where we arrive at 0856 on Tuesday morning.

After a nice refreshing sleep, we are awoken by the growl of a Class 166 Networker. It is the 0531 FGW service to Paddington. We decide to ride it all the way back into London, where it arrives at 0806 on Tuesday morning.

I don't want to hold the game up, so this is not a formal hold - but it's an HST and it arrives at 0759 both in FGW's .pdf timetable and in BR times

Where do your times come from? Curious more than anything. It's somewhat disconcerting when trying to make an onward move

We then walk to the bus stop outside the station and catch the 1557 Stagecoach South West 21 service to Ilfracombe St James's Place Gardens arriving there at 1652 on Tuesday afternoon.

We return on the Stagecoach 21 at 1716, travelling to Bideford Quay where we arrive at 1846 on Tuesday evening
