Simply because the next and only available service from Alnmouth now is 2214, a minute shy of the minimum connection time (having arrived at 2210?). Obviously Alnmouth is a simple two-platform station, and not Euston or Waterloo.

I don't know your move is in the game rules but then we just get stuck whereas Valley Lines move gets us to Ledds where we have lots more options. I don't really mind what yous want to be valid as it is a difficult situation to be in.
