I presume we aren't allowed to take up Southern's offer of a taxi to Marine as the train is cancelled every week due to the state of the now non-existant roof.

I just noticed that remark. Yes, I did wonder whether you could force a win at Eastbourne, but because of stopping patterns it seems that when approaching all stations from the east there is always an escape.
