I'm not sure Crewe really fits the clues about reroutings of Intercity services, and I'm not sure that the works is completely closed. Therefore, we are still awaiting a valid answer.

Even if it fits those two clues, Crewe has a nightime visitor in the form of the scotrail sleeper which means it fails clue 2.
