Clarification requested: Do you mean the station name does not have a suffix at all, or just not a road-related one?

A very long shot at Huyton. Served by trains to Liverpool South Parkway (which to my mind is not a "direct service to an airport", so if this is wrong then I should lose a point for an impossible response); hourly services to Manchester Airport pass through non-stop.
I think you might have forgotten to include clue 3 there. I don't know what year Huyton opened, but I'd have thought it was a lot earlier that 2000.

:? How does that work? The EMT service to Luton Airport Parkway doesn't stop there, and I can't think of any airport served by any train passing in the other direction.

No, it calls at Luton and then runs non-stop to St Pancras. The Nottingham stoppers call at Luton Airport Parkway.
