So the First Capital Connect services that run Kentish Town - Sevenoaks at present (possibly currently operating as 'Southern south of Blackfriars') are ceasing too when LO start running?

Actually, the Sevenoaks services are operated by Southeastern south of Blackfriars. And as far as I know, no it isn't going to stop running...
