Tricky one. I can't get any other airport stations to fit, and am stuggling with ferry ports. Unless there is a bus interchange or something.

I have an idea, but I'm unsure as to how you're defining TOCs. If my idea is wrong, I almost certainly lose a point for not fulfilling clue 1.

More a question as to whether a certain service from my proposed idea is operated by its own TOC or the main TOC for services from that part of the station.

Ooh good, my thinking was Victoria (the controversy would have been GatEx as a third operator), I'm glad I didn't put it as it would likely have lost me a point.
