The answer was Ramsgreave and Wilpshire, with a Sunday service to Carlisle via Clitheroe.

It's been a week or two - in an attempt to break the deadlock - No Signaller Key Token is also referred to as No Signaller Token Remote - in which tokens are collected and deposited by the driver at a hut in a remote location. Although the transfer is supervised by telephone by the signaller at a box in a location away from the driver; the signaller is not actually in the location where the movement is taking place; hence No Signaller.
Anyway
Passenger lines that use it include
Yeovil Pen Mill - Dorchester West
Porth - Treherbert
Nunthorpe - Whitby
Central Wales line
St Budeaux - Gunnislake
Wareham - Corfe Castle
