I think that might be pushing things a touch too far. If people choose KPA for a station with two TOCs then providing it's clear the two TOCs in question are LO and SN (which in practice means there is no indication of XC being involved) I shan't enforce Penalties for that. I didn't know the bus was still running, and even then I would have assumed that SN operate it.

Does that service still run? I will let IVO judge on this one, as technically the service is not shown anywhere, so you can't officially say that XC serve here because National Rail services are only provided by 2 TOCs

My understanding is that that bus is not part of XC's franchise and is directly arranged and funded by DfT.

Sonic, despite being unadvertised, the bus is a rail replacement bus and as such is a National Rail service, just like replacement buses provided during engineering works are.

Dzug2, the bus is funded by the DfT but is operated by XC, presumably because the DfT are not allowed to operate its own services (unless done by DOR - as with East Coast). It was presumably done with Cross Country as they operated the train over the curves which had there service inadvertantly withdrawn. I believe the financial arrangements with XC are an ammendment to the franchise agreement, but I don't know the legal ins and outs.
