Clue 4: This station is the smaller of 2 in the settlement it serves (but still sees substantial passenger numbers).

Gah. I thought of that the last time the "two stations in on settlement" clue came up but it never occurred to me for this one <(

Four Penalties issued in that round as well. The highest for a long time. And all for different players as well (d'oh :(). It's also the first time someone has won their own round since Round #170 - compare that to a couple of weeks ago when I said Turn Players had won 12 of the previous 19!
