TfW Delay Repay - payment delays

I now have two DR claims that TfW have approved, one of them now three weeks ago, but no sign of the payments. Normally I get a payment email almost immediately after the approval email. Although I have had an email apologising for the delay in processing the earlier claim. Both claims are still showing as "in progress" on the website.

Does anyone know what is going on? Are TfW having trouble issuing payments?

I am in a very similar situation with Northern. Approval email but no sign of payment, normally much quicker than this.

I have the same situation with TfW. Put in a delay repay claim more than 20 days ago. Got an e-mail the next day saying it was approved, but it has never progressed from "In Progress" on the claim history page of their delay repay website. After 12 days I got an e-mail apologising for the delay as "We're currently experiencing high volumes of claims". Still no payment though.

Since the approval e-mail has not been reflected in the status on the website it does increasingly look as if something is broken.

Interesting to read this - I'm due a payment from Southern/GTR - who have sent me the confirmation of the D-R claim but the money has not been paid over yet - in the past this payment happened very quickly I seem to recall.

I wonder if there is a wider pattern going on?

Same with EMR - tho in that case I appealed the DR payment as they told me my train was over 120 minutes late and were refunding me the full return ticket price, when in fact I was delayed 29.5 minutes according to RTT - which was what I claimed for. So they may have correctly paused any payment whilst this was considered (I might live to regret this honest approach if the pendulum swings the other way and they tell me I wasn't delayed at all.... )
