TfW Delay Repay - payment delays

I now have two DR claims that TfW have approved, one of them now three weeks ago, but no sign of the payments. Normally I get a payment email almost immediately after the approval email. Although I have had an email apologising for the delay in processing the earlier claim. Both claims are still showing as "in progress" on the website.

Does anyone know what is going on? Are TfW having trouble issuing payments?

I am in a very similar situation with Northern. Approval email but no sign of payment, normally much quicker than this.

Do Northern, TFW and SWR all use the same delay repay software?
