Last week I spent two hours looking out of the window on a pleasant journey through Devon and Somerset. I'd variously lean towards the window and look forward or angle myself against the middle arm rest and 'look straight out'. ie. My head roughly in line with my torso. (Seat facing direction of travel, good window given aircraft-style seating.)
The next day I thought I'd sprained a shoulder muscle or something getting out of bed! It turned out that the controlling factor was head/neck position not arm movement. A week later I'm still suffering a bit.
Is this me just wedging myself in an odd position, or do others get something similar?
