Huddersfield and Stockport, not a million miles away, are also stations with six platforms served (but not operated) by Northern.

London Kings Cross, the terminus of the East Coast Main Line, with direct services from Newcastle, KGX also being an East Coast hub, also has 12 platforms.

A typical commuter-belt part of north-west England
Huddersfield was the relation to Manchester Victoria.

The problem here was three very closely related geographical-related stations that were made in three consecutive postings:-

# 5084 = Stockport
# 5085 = Manchester Piccadilly
# 5086 = Manchester Victoria

Both Huddersfield and Stockport were then named in the following posting # 5087

Crewe is also a twelve-platform station and a hub on a main north-south main line.

Is this not allowed?

Truro is also served by a sleeper train.

Exeter Central is also a station with three platforms managed by First Great Western.
