Gerrards Cross and Bicester North are both on the Chiltern Main Line.
Like Poole, Stockport is a station with 3tph to London despite being over 100 miles away.
Colchester is also the less central but more frequently-served station in a town.
I know this was a while back, but just out of interest - this was an association with Wandsworth Road; how does this work? I'm sure Wandsworth Town and Wandsworth Common both have more frequent services than Wandsworth Road, which only has the Inner South London line and a parliamentary to/from Kensington Olympia...
Caldercruix also was able to offer railway services to passengers in 2011
