Portsmouth Harbour station was opened in 1876 as the terminus of the Portsmouth Waterside Extension to the Portsmouth Direct Line. This was designed by Frederick Dale Banister MICE (1823 – 1897), who for his 35 years the Chief Engineer of the London, Brighton and South Coast Railway. Another of his many works whilst in the post was the extension of the Island Line to Ryde Pier Head.

It doesn't have to be unique, but try and make it as different as possible and please ensure that all associations are rail related: a separate game (The Settlement Association quiz) exists for non rail related links. Note that you should only reply with a station on the main BR network (e.g. not Underground or Preserved Railway) that is still open.
